A BIT OF BACKGROUND

I have always had Border Collies in my home, and they are part of my lifestyle and family's life, as such, I value the temperament and health of my dogs above all else. I love being able to share my dogs with other people and show what a fantastic all-rounder dog the Border Collie can be. I am a registered breeder with the ANKC (Dogs Vic/Dogs Australia). I only have 1-2 litters a year, so these pups are very special, and I choose homes very carefully. The waiting list is open for the end of 2024, so feel free to get in touch to find out a bit more about it.

I grew up on a sheep property and always had a Border Collie by my side. Since then I have moved off the big farm but have continued to want to have Border Collies around. They make the perfect all round dog and love to just hang out with their families.

I am also a dog trainer and have seen what an impact the time before birth and the first few weeks of life can have on dogs. It is also crucial to select dogs with impeccable temperaments to ensure the best outcomes for pups. I absolutely love my dogs and breed to be able to share this joy with others! I love talking about my pups and dogs so feel free to get in contact with me via the website, Facebook, phone call, or email.

PHILOSOPHY & MISSION

My dogs are part of my family and all my pups only go to the very best of homes where their wellbeing is the NUMBER ONE priority. I screen homes very carefully to ensure they are a good fit for the pups.

I ensure my pups get the very best start by health testing all my breeding dogs, regardless if they are clear by parentage. All my dogs get the very best food, training, enrichment and plenty of love throughout their entire lifetime (not just when they are mums or dads). The health, diet, temperament and environment of the parents has a huge impact on the pups before they are even conceived and born.

I am more than happy to chat about what I do with the pups while they are here and the puppy curriculum they go through. Feel free to get in touch to have a chat with me and ask any questions.

How are the pups raised?

I believe that raising pups right sets them up for success for their new families and for a long happy life. This, of course starts, with ensuring all our adult dogs are happy and healthy everyday.

However once the pups are born it is time to really start to see the results of the hard work. I use "Puppy Culture" as my guide to raising pups as this is a proven guide to the best results. This means that not only are the pups fed the best and handled everyday (I cant get enough of cuddles!) but I also take them through a curriculum that gives them a head start in being a stable, healthy adult dog. It also gives new families a guide in how to help train their pup for the best outcomes.

I love to talk about our puppy program so don't hesitate to give me a call to chat about it!
